Just a word of appreciation for doing such a fine job. In just the last five years I not only had three different suppliers give me nothing but grief every time my customer had a warranty problem, but now their out of business leaving Cummins North West paying for their warranty failures.
Since we started selling your transmissions our warranty calls have all but stopped. The product is indeed better then new, and when we do have a warranty problem your warranty department handles it in such a professional manner, most of the time our customer calls us to say thanks.
