We maintain a large inventory of long blocks(complete transmission units) in two separate locations. One in Spokane WA and the other in Seattle WA. |
Most orders will be shipped the same day as the order by common carrier. We have special discount rates with these carriers due to the sheer volume of freight shipped on a daily bases. No mark up is added to theses rates insuring the lowest possible price to the customer. |
If the customer's transmission is not in stock, 90% of the time the transmission will be shipped within three days of the order. |
90% of all transmission orders are shipped on time! However if a problem arises, at no time will an unfinished transmission be rushed! Note: Manufacturing of quality transmissions requires the correct parts and machining. If a manufacturing problem arises, it must be remedied correctly, even if it causes a delay in shipping. |
All customers will be notified by phone if the shipping date is delayed. |
